I Need To Update More, Huh?

I haven't posted in a while... I've been kind of busy and haven't made any cards.

I started back to school at the beginning of September. It's been going pretty good. I've been taking guitar lessons, too. I can play piano, and I'm learning guitar now. I might try to learn how to play drums in a few years, but I guess we'll see.

Okay, I'll stop boring you now. :P

More cards!! Finally!!

Whoo-Hoo!! I finally got some cards made!! My sister and I made cards earlier, and I actually got two done. I'll get some pictures in a minute. Gotta clean up first.

Favourite Products/Brands

Hey, everybody. I don't have any cards to post, but I'm going to ask you a random question.

What are some of your favourite brands to use on cards and scrapbook pages? And what are your favourite type of embellishments?

Some of my favourite stamps come from Hero Arts, Sweet 'n Sassy, and Hanna Stamps, and my favourite brand of card stock is Prism. I like to use brads and ribbon on my cards, as well. Especially ribbon! :D

I haven't fallen off the face of the earth, don't worry. I just really haven't done much cardmaking lately. There's a lot of stuff I do in the summer, and I kind of forget about cards sometimes. But, hopefully, even if I don't make any cards soon, I'll start making more again when I start school again in September. I count making cards as part of art class, and if I write it down in my assingment book, I'll hopefully remember to make some. So, I'm still alive, and so is my blog... it just has a very weak pulse :P.

Just thought I'd share....

I went turkey hunting this weekend, and look!

This is TOTALLY un-stamp-related, but look! I went turkey hunting this weekend for youth season, and I shot a 24 lb gobbler. His beard was 10 1/4 in. long, and his spurs were 1 1/8 in. long. Big ol' turkey. I'm excited! :D
